J. Curtis spent years in hardware and tech before concluding that books were more interesting. He founded Tiny Worlds Publishing out of Northern California, where he publishes emerging authors and edits The Midnight Vault — a Twilight Zone-adjacent anthology that is also, somehow, a live event. His debut novel, ISLA, arrives in 2026. He came up in tech. It shows in the architecture; it doesn't show in the prose, which he considers a win.
